PSYCHOTHERAPY FEES
INSURANCE
I currently accept the following insurance plans:
I am also an out of network provider for other insurance plans. It is your responsibility to find out from your insurance company whether or not they will reimburse you for your psychotherapy sessions. I will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Psychotherapy is typically covered by pre-tax Medical Savings Accounts (MSAs). Check with your carrier or your human resources representative to get more information.
When speaking with your insurance provider, ask the following questions:
PAYMENT
I accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Under the No Surprises Act, if you're uninsured, paying privately, or planning to seek reimbursement from your insurance on your own (out-of-network), health care providers must provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy services before you begin care. This estimate isn't a bill — it's meant to help you understand what to expect. You can request one at any time, even after treatment has started, by contacting me directly. If your final bill is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises
CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 24 business hours of notice to cancel your psychotherapy appointment. If you either miss your appointment or cancel after that time frame, you will be billed $80.
- $160 for a 50-minute individual therapy session

- Blue Cross Blue Shield Indemnity
- Allways Health Partners - Mass General Brigham Health Plan employees only (I am only empaneled with Allways Health Partners Plans who are employees of or receive benefits through one of the affiliated health care organizations with Mass General Brigham. Please ensure this before reaching out to me if you want to use your health insurance for care, as I am not empaneled on any other Allways Health Partners plans.)
